Evren Edler is a Los Angeles based musician and composer.
He studied music privately with Nail Yavuzoglu in Istanbul, Turkey while he consistently worked with several bands in the 90's.
He moved to California to study at LA Music College, as well completed his studies at UCLA Film Scoring Program. He also privately studied with Tim Emmons on Upright Bass, with Mark Watters on Orchestration and with Vardan Ovsepian on Composition and Improvisation.
Evren has worked with many bands and songwriters in LA as a bass player, music director and producer, such as Da-Funkt, Jacob Young, Jessica Perkowski, Adriana Callas, Vei Vei & Tasha Taylor as well, composed music for independent films and a few TV shows.
He recorded a solo demo album in 2003 called Oferenda and was one of the songwriters of the band Basstown on their 2013 release "Hands of Time".
